- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Every time I go in there the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Today they took it to a whole new level of excellence. I've been waiting on a package for over six weeks now from UPS who could never find my address, so I had it delivered to the USPS near me. It hadn't been put out yet and I was desperate as I needed the package contents this afternoon for building. Charlie was extremely helpful in taking time to go find the package before it was time to put mail out. He saved me over $50 at lowes!! Thanks again to our jackson post office and to all of its employees!!! Especially Charlie!!!!By john crosby, January 31, 2017
