  Our 18-year-old son was in a serious car accident several months ago and we were blessed that he was not seriously injured. The day after the accident, we began receiving phone calls from the law office representing the insurance company of the commercial vehicle at fault. Although they stated that their interest was the health and well-being of our son, every conversation led to a request for our son to sign a release. We contacted Christopher Der Manuelian at CDM Law who took care of everything and put our minds at ease. Within a few hours, we had a signed contract with CDM Law and Christopher notified that law office that he was representing our son. What a relief! CDM Law gathered the necessary information (accident report, medical records, photographs, etc.) for the case and frequently checked in on our son’s condition. We just recently agreed on a settlement, which exceeded our expectations. If anyone is in need of a personal injury attorney, I highly recommend CDM Law!

  I was referred to Christopher by a friend. The very first time we spoke, he immediately put my mind at ease. He personally returned all of my calls or emails very timely and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Christopher took what definitely could have been a very stressful situation and made it quite easy for me as the client. He kept me informed and up to date on the status of my case at all times. I was able to focus on healing instead of stressing over what the outcome of the situation was going to be. I am so thankful that Christopher was there to make sure I was taken care of!!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his office just as my friend didn't hesitate to recommend him to me!

  I was commuting to work on the 580 heading to the Bay Area. Everyone knows that this can be a brutal drive because the traffic can be horrible. It was a normal morning for the most part, but there was a lot of traffic coming off of the Altamont. Before I knew it, I was sandwiched between 2 utility trucks. There was a lot of crying, screaming, and fear for a while. But I was blessed to walk away with nothing too serious. My family & I are very sheltered people who are cautious of what we do, so getting into a car accident threw us all for a loop. We were thankful enough to be introduced to Christopher through the chiropractor who helped me get better. Christopher was transparent, efficient, and made sure that we were always in the loop of things happening. I don't like to give recommendations often, due to the fear of it not going well for that person. However, I will always refer to Christopher. He is a kind man who knows what he's doing. I'm sad that we met on these circumstances, but glad he was able to help me and my family.

  After the nightmare of being in an accident not being my fault, ending up in the ER with a broken wrist, and then being hassled by the other party's insurance provided I decided to contact Christopher for help. Immediately he put my mind at ease, lifting a huge weight from my shoulders! I would without a doubt refer any of my friends or family to him! My case went so quickly and smoothly!
